Phil Crossland:
Managing Director

Phil likes…
Eating things he’s never tried before, Barolo, skiing, winding people up, subterfuge, sabotage, anti-establishment reactionary behaviour, technology, passionate people who aren’t afraid to be different, free range chickens (we’re trying to get the farmer to let us have an office chicken run – we talked about it anyway!).
PCD’s MD once threatened physical violence against Richard Whitley, who had apparently insulted him in some way.
Phil would like to make it clear that he does not, and never did, look like Christopher Biggins, and that anyone suggesting such a resemblance can expect to receive serious injury.
In more than 20 years in the business Phil’s silliest ever job was “selling Spam to the French as a gourmet food”. He once had lunch with the late Jeremy Beadle, but in this instance at least, these two statements are not connected.
Phil hates…
Health and safety/data protection issues being used to cover up lazy or bad practice, irrelevant bureaucracy, how much sugar is in pro-biotic drinks, calls trying to save us money on calls, gas, mobiles, rates etc, etc
